Purple Roses
Different types of roses traditionally have different meanings associated with them. As roses have been cultivated over the years, new colors have been developed to express various emotions and feeling. In fact, purple roses were developed to symbolize a feeling of enchantment. For example, purple roses can be given to the object of your affection to show that you have fallen for him or her at very first sight. Purple roses will send the message that you find the recipient irresistible. In addition to enchantment, purple roses can also convey a message of grandeur and elegance and can be used to honor someone who you think has these characteristics. But be careful, purple roses do signify enchantment, but they do not carry the meaning of permanence! So you may want to think twice before sending purple roses to your husband or wife.
Purple roses are no different than any other type of roses when it comes to flower care. To store your roses before display, simply place them in your refrigerator. Check each day and make sure your flowers have enough water and are not exposed to any harsh temperatures or elements. You may also want to sprinkle a little plant food in the water of your flowers for added longevity. Most roses will last for more than a week with proper care and attention, but are typically at their peak during the first couple of days. But even though they won’t last forever, your roses are sure to brighten your day!
